The Distributor Management Manager is responsible for business growth & motivation in pipeline, and solid management of distributor.

This role will closely work with commercial team to support business.

The position reports to the Distributor Management Teamleader.

1. Living Safely 

? Live the Safety Stand, adhere to the safety responsibilities

? Implement a personal safety action plan

2. Build fair and transparent management environment, deal with conflict projects effectively within the agreed time, increase the numbers of project application in Pipeline

? Optimize the process, reduce the agreed time

? Increase the numbers of project application in Pipeline

? Increase the volumes of project application in Pipeline

3. Willing to travel base on business needs

4. Other related work assigned by his/her manager and the company from time to time

Qualifications：

? 5 years or above work experience, preferably building materials or construction industries in building materials or construction industries

? Proficient in problem-solving, negotiation and building/ maintaining solid relationship

? College diploma or above, with a major in building materials or construction engineering

? Should be energetic, results-oriented, self-motivated and capable to work independently.

? A team player with good interpersonal skills

? Good command of English in reading & writing, preferable in listening & speaking

? Good computer skills

? Be adaptable for business travel frequently.
