Key Responsibilities:

- Weekly booking vs. forecast for all trade ex. Asia;

- RFC for ad-hoc lanes, including RFC creation in GTN, RFC follow-up with carriers, nomination in GTN per Contract Managers’ instruction;

- Weekly premium booking / shipment summary preparation from GSO / DM suppliers and combine to Central Billing Team and Liwei / Eileen for financial reports;

- SI preparation / update for EMA NA (DM flows)

- China inbound volume checking with EMA China

Previous Experience:

If any knowledge or experience on container shipping business will be preferred

Consulting & Support:

? Support daily operations of Shanghai Team

? Support data analysis

Language requirements:

English at middle level, especially written, is essential.
