As a Cashier, you will be responsible for financial payment related work, coordinate with internal functions, banks, and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) during your daily job. You will report to Accounting Supervisor.

In this role you will:

Handle payments in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with the company's internal control standards and payment procedures, assist in value added tax (VAT) invoice verification, VAT issuance and finance documents/tax filing. You will need to timely and accurately record cash and bank books, monitor the cash and the bank account receipts and payments to ensure their accuracy and security.

You will also need to support your line manager to undertake the weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts and the monthly bank reconciliation, avoid any risks of shortfall during payment processes.

Has college or university degree, majored in Finance or Accounting

Has 1-2 years finance related working or internship experience in a multi-national company

Is familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Is accountable, honest and hardworking, and has good communication skills
