Responsibilities: 

• Attend and execute all interiors monthly changeovers and installations, including new store openings and renovations in the given region

• In keeping the visual calendar, prepare for next installation and communicate with your relevant business partners

• For each installation, responsible for procuring/compiling creative elements

• Attend store walkthroughs with management, identifying opportunities to improve overall visual and creative appearance of the store in regards to product, rigs, and general maintenance

• Schedule monthly/seasonal store visits

• Provide in store VMD guide and give VM hands-on training to store staff while working in each shop         
  

Requirements:

• 3-5 years visual merchandising and/or visual presentation/display/fine art/fashion styling experience

• Demonstrated ability to balance maintenance and installations on a rolling calendar

• Ability to conduct installations outside of standard working hours (i.e, after 9PM, and weekends)

• Project management/organization skills; proven ability to prioritize, work to punch list, and hit aggressive deadlines with minimal direction

• Passion and affinity for the Ralph Lauren brand
