What does the Siemens Graduate Program offer me?
The Siemens Graduate Program (SGP) offers you the ideal start to your career – your opportunity to prepare yourself for a successful career at Siemens. Designed as an intensive and internationally oriented two-year program, the SGP will prepare you for future leadership tasks, offering both flexibility and diverse work experiences. The program, which enables you to actively integrate your interests and your qualifications, consists of three challenging eight-month assignments, during which you’ll be familiarized with at least two functional areas in one of our Sectors. One of these three assignments will take place abroad at one of our 1,700 international business locations. On this international rotation you’ll learn about the local business and culture while taking on various responsibilities and project work. You will also receive an intensive training program and the opportunity for personal development. A personal mentor will be at your side for the duration of the program, helping you to achieve your various objectives while promoting your development and assisting you in planning your career.

What are my responsibilities?
? 两年内通过三个具有挑战性的轮岗（其中一个在海外）、密集的培训和导师指导，管理培训生项目培养参与者成为未来管理领导人才。
? After three challenging assignments in two years, one of them abroad, intense training on and off the job, and mentoring, the SGP program participants should be developed to be future leaders with management responsibilities.
? 深入了解医疗行业及相关产品和特性
? Deep understanding on medical industry, specific products, and features.
? 了解销售流程、市场推广和搭建工作网络
? Learn sales process, market promotion, and internal net-work build-up
? 协调公司战略与业务发展部、业务部门和总部的资源以及当地的业务机会，推动中国区战略的发展和实施。
? Coordinate resources of ST&BD, BU and HQ, as well as the local opportunities, drive the development and implementation of strategy in Zone China.

? 硕士及其以上学历优秀毕业生
? Master or comparable degree completed with above-average grades
? Preferred Majors: 生物医学工程，医学影像和公共卫生管理等相关专业。
? Biomedical Engineering, Medical Image and Public Health Management, or related.
? Specific Requirements: 具有一定的财务知识。
? Have the solid financial knowledge.
? 具有海外生活、留学或工作经历，或在跨国企业具有长时间实习经历
? Significant experience of a foreign-speaking culture by way of an extended stay abroad or of meaning internship in international companies
? 母语为普通话，英语流利，掌握更多语言者优先
? Native speaker of Mandarin, fluency in English; knowledge of further languages is welcome
