职位描述
岗位职责:
Position Specification:
1. Understand organizational talent needs
2. Define and align talent priorities with business and HR stakeholders
3. Design and implement initiatives in learning, leadership development, talent management, engagement and Diversity & Inclusion areas
4. Manage program execution and result
5. Identify continuous improvement opportunities in talent space
Basic Accountabilities:
1. Design talent solutions based on the organizational talent priority and business needs
2. Facilitate talent review (LDR) process and equip HR & business stakeholders with talent assessment and development skills
3. Design and deliver leadership and management development programs, incl. but not limited to classroom training
4. Manage Otis digital learning platform implementation effectiveness in China
5. Prepare and manage annual training plan and budget
6. Organize regional leadership development initiatives
7. Partner with regional & global CoE team in talent projects and provide regional inputs
8. Support additional initiatives assigned
Key Measurements:
1. Effectively and timely design and deliver leadership development initiatives and learning solutions
2. Prepare and manage training plan and training budget
3. Manage training application, incl. relevant documents, per process and procedures
4. Effective tracking and supporting key talent development per talent review discussion
Principle Working Relations:
China & AP Talent CoE
HRBP and other HR CoE team
Business leaders, incl. regional and branch level

任职资格:
Qualification Requirement:
1. Education: Bachelor and above
2. Experience: At least 8 years talent management related experience
3. Language: Fluent English in writing, speaking and reading.
4. Digital Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and poster design. Video editing and digital course development skills are preferred.
5. Key Competencies: Effective communication, good collaboration, strong influence, analytical skills, logic thinking, proactive and can-do attitude, strong ownership for result.
