Job Purpose:

Day to day operations and problem finding ,solving on dedicated team consults with Supervisor; Various reporting tasks

Key Accountabilities    

1 Check/audit dedicated teams day to day operation 

2 Check/audit vendor and consignee’s invoice and payment request   

3 Assist to  Supervisor to conduct & deliver the training course to improve peoples qualities internally   

4 Supervise subordinate to do tasks right and effectively   

5 Ensure team work standards meet customer requirement   

6 Ensure good communication flow internally and externally   

 7 Others duties as assigned              

Requirement：

1. College degree   At least 2 year ocean operation experience in freight forwarding industry Certifications and Licenses (Optional but advantageous) 

2. Mandarin and English language proficiency Computer literate     

3. Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties Good customer service sense and skill
