BASIC FUNCTION

• Support daily headquarter finance operation, expense tracking, monthly closing, forecast and planning process.
• Assist business analysis to Asia business units.
• Assist finance and system project implementation.
• Other ad-hoc assistances to finance and management team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide financial support to Asia Pacific headquarter team.  Including but not limited to daily operation financial support/advise, expenses controlling, monthly financial process of closing, forecast and reporting, and yearly budget preparation.
• Coordinate with regional finance team for Asia monthly actual / forecast reports consolidation. Assist in continuously improving Asia management analysis report process, templates, and data integration.
• Support on Asia Pacific annual financial and capital plan preparation. Prepare requested Asia level consolidation report.
• Assist in financial system implementation for financial planning and reporting.
• Perform other ad-hoc management report/project support as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Familiar with MS-Office tools, Excel/Word/PPT, experience in SAP/BPC/Business intelligence is a plus.
• At least 3 years working experience in accounting & finance, with 1 year relevant experience in FP&A.

?     Fluent English in writing and speaking is required. ?     Good inter-personal communication skills.

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS

• Closely work with Asia FP&A team and other finance teams on daily basis
• Frequent contact with Asia Pacific business functions.
