Job description:
Responsible for the implementation and improvement of the project training system
The Trainer will be responsible for ensuring that BPO trainer and team leaders are trained to the highest standards. Based on training needs analysis, the trainer will develop effective material and efficient training plans that will support high paced business growth.?
Requirements:
? Responsible for BPO call center training. Implement TTT session and daily coaching session
? Plan, compse and deliver training material and training session based on the needs with Ops team and on the update of process and knowledge
? Tracking and monitoring training result, evaluate after training performance with BPO team?
? Work side by side with BPO team leaders and trainers to providing constant performance improvement’s coaching. Providing alignment with BPO trainer on understanding of training material and identifying calibration needs.
? Implement weekly and monthly assessment for BPO team. Complete result analysis, providing improvenment plan with BPO team and monitoring agent growth plan
任职资格:
Qualifications:?
? Bachelor degree or above.
? Fluent in English communication
? More than one year experience in call center or English trainer is preferred.
? Accept working with different time zone if necessary
? Have basic data analytical skill, and good learning and communication skills.
? Common computer skill (MS office)
? Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced environment.
