协调和监督工程文件的创建和维护所需的活动。跟踪部门销售产品的性能、保修、维修和市场信息。作为工程部，制造部和质保部之间的联络人，解决制造和材料规格方面的问题

职责:

1. 为最终用户提供全国现场服务

2. 对代理商进行技术指导，找出现场问题的根本原因

3. 售后维修车间水泵的日常维护

4. 报告:根据公司战略准备公司报告并进行分析

5. 在备件中寻找机会，反馈给销售团队

6. 对代理商进行产品培训

资格:

1. 机械

2. 5年以上现场服务工作经验，能适应频繁出差

3. 能接受在售后车间工作，参与泵的维修、装配、测试等工作。

4. 公司或品牌:莱宝、爱德华兹、乌尔瓦克;

5. 工作稳定者优先考虑，愿意搬到售后维修车间工作，克服办公室和家的距离。

关键技能:

1. 解决问题和快速反应

2. 具有良好的沟通技巧和在高压力下工作的能力

3. 先进的现场服务技术，有油转车泵，罗茨泵，无油转车泵等。

4. 有食品包装、医药行业工作经验者优先。

5. 或真空相关专业大专以上学历。

Job Summary：

Coordinates and monitors the activities required for the creation and maintenance of engineering documents. Tracks performance, warranty, repair and marketing information on products sold by division. Serves as liaison between Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance to resolve manufacturing and material specification problems

Responsibilities:

1. National On-site field Service to the end-users

2. Technical Coaching Agents with on-site problems root cause finding

3. Daily pump maintenance in aftermarket maintenance workshop

4. Reports: prepare company reports and do analysis based on the strategy

5. Find the opportunity in spare parts, give feed-back to sales team

6. Give agents training about the product

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above majoring in Mechanical, Vacuum related.

1. 5Y+ working experiences in field service, adapt to travel with high frequency

2. Can accept to work in aftermarket workshop and participant to pump maintenance and assembling, testing etc.

3. We would like to attract candidate with company or brand as Leybold, Edwards, ULVAC;

4. The stability is high preferred, Candidate would like to move together with Aftermarket maintenance workshop and overcome the distance between home and office.

Key Competencies:

1. Problem-solving and Quick Reponse

2. Communication skill and ability to handle under high pressure

3. Advanced technical skills in field service, oil rotary van pump, roots pump, oiled free rotary van pump etc.

4. Working experiences in Food packaging, Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
