Responsibilities:

1.       Manage internal and external warehouse, receiving and shipping daily operation to reach the entire department’s goals and ensure the compliance with TS22163 (IRIS), ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001. 

2.       Set up and optimize receiving, delivery and store management procedure to support daily operation and business development. 

3.       Ensure the inventory accuracy, on time picking and shipping for internal and external customer. 

4.       Implement visual control system in warehouse management. 

5.       Support buyer and planner to control inventory level. 

6.       Warehouse layout and physical material flow optimization to improve the efficiency and cost saving. 

7.       Responsible for providing the training, people development and performance management for all the warehouse operators. 

8.       Ensure all WI & documents are completed and updated to meet requirement from customer and daily operation. 9.       On site coordination and department coordination on warehouse related transaction.   

10.    Responsible for warehouse security, safety and 5S management.   

11.    Responsible for the counting in internal and external warehouse. 

12.    Logistics service provide management including external warehouse and domestic transportation. 

13.    Ensure the warehouse facilities are well maintained 

14.    Other duty assigned by manager.             

Requirements:

1.       At least 5 years of working experience on warehouse management

    

2.       At least 3 years experience on Warehouse supervisor position

    

3.       Familiar with SAP, Oracle ERP or WMS.

    

4.       Forklift license is preferred.

Education:

College degree or above.
