Responsibility:

  

 

  

1. Provide assistance on financial data management and maintenance to project manager in the whole project life cycle for the, including new project set up, task setting, on-going project budget maintenance, project change, project close and other project in system.

2. Responsible for project billing and provide the assistance on Accounts Receivable Collection and bad debt issues. Prepare AR reminder letter for long aging invoices. Collect and review billing and collection forecast from project team.

3. Daily maintenance of project data base (including payment schedule) and project contracts (e-file).

4. Manage and maintain project relative account reconciliations for balance sheet and P&L items

5. Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports assigned by manager

6. Attend project review and assist manager for other project related tasks.

7. Regular Q&A for project team

8. Enforce ethic & compliance policy including 3rd Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.

                

 

  

Experiences and Requirements

  

• Bachelor Degree with a major in Accounting, Finance or related area required

• Experienced in project financial management and control is preferred;

• Strong self-initiative, problem-solving, and analytical skills;

• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required

• Good at written and spoken English

• Proficient in excel

• 2-5 year experience in a Finance function
