Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall on-site management and coordination of high-rise office project, including foundation pit, structure, curtain wall, MEP, planting as well as coordination with design bidding

Requirements:

• Diploma degree or above in civil engineering or related majors.
• 5 years above working experience in related fields.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience in construction management of high-rise、high-end office project; working experience in Head Contractor preferred.

• 负责高层办公楼项目现场全方位管理协调，包括基坑、结构、幕墙、机电、装修、绿化并能协调配合设计招标工作。

职位要求:

• 大专以上学历，土木工程和工民建相关专业；
• 5年以上相关工作经验；
• 熟练运用MS Office, MS Project, 能看Auto CAD；
• 有负责高层、高端办公楼项目施工管理的经验，有施工总承包单位工作经验者优先；
