Position Summary

1.Work as the China Sales Team leader to develop business plan and implement sales strategies to achieve the sales target.

2.Maintain and develop relationship with landlords, dealers, & key accounts to ensure the effective development of brands in China market.

3.Business development.  To lead team and to identify business partners to open new POS and to retire unqualified ones

4. Company owned direct operation stores management.

5. Working with HQ to set long team development plan for business needs.

Requirements: 

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. 10+ years’ sales management experience.  Home apliance, durable consumer goods retail industry preferable. 

3. Retail management experiences a must.

4. Relevant industry experiences a plus.

5. Good communication skills, presentable, sophisticated, result driven, mature and hands-on;

6. English is a mandatory
