Key Responsibilities:

• Assistant Senior Manager to implement all PR/Comms activities and ensuring they are implemented according to market activation plan, budget allocated and global/regional policies to drive brand awareness, band preference and traffic.
• Assist Senior Manager of Marketing, PR & Communications on campaign deployment, key brand marketing initiatives and ad hoc projects
• To help the marketing & PR team in preparing marketing and PR programs
• Carry out projects requested by Heads of Department
• Working in an assistant role to draft brand communication plan/budget and responsible for KPI deliverables.
• Appointed by supervisor to integrate all media planning and is responsible for working alongside and reviewing performance of activities with PR/media agency if requested and regional marketing delivery and marketing management
• Assistant manage all press relations and PR activities, PR agencies and partnerships as well as influencers. This includes coordinating fiscal a legal process(invoices) to transit samples for Celebrities, influencers, PR or sponsoring requests and others.
• Working closely with PR agency and PR Sample management, Celebrities dressing request follow up
• Translation for marketing/PR assets
• Ensure successful delivery of press releases, media events and activations as required

• Degree holder in Journalism, Language, Communications, PR/Marketing or related discipline preferred
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience. Experience in online marketing campaigns & projects will be highly preferred
• Creative and detail oriented 
• Good communication & organizational skills
• Excellent spoken & written skills
• Detail-minded individual, excellent team player who is able to work under high pressure
• Microsoft Office, and basic knowledge of Photoshop is required
