We are currently seeking an Accountant, who will report to Senior Accounting Manager as part of our dynamic team in APAC.

How you will contribute

？ Reconcile sales data with e-future & retail system and post timely and accurately.

？ Daily collection of Tmall & EC stores, including credit care/alipay/wechat, ensure all receipt clearing on time

？ Responsible for rental and property management fee application.

？ Verify monthly sales and surcharge with EC vendor and issue VAT invoice accordingly.

？ Accrual sales, credit card charge, variable rental and all kind expenses of retail stores

？ Keep communication with EC vendor and retail stores if any issue.

？ Prepare Account Receivable aging, fixed rental, variable rental monthly report by stores

？ Responsible for IFRS 16 database collection according to updated contract terms.

？ Cooperate with annual audit on Account Receivable.

？ Follow the group insurance policy and contact with insurance broker if any case to be compensated

？ O2C related accounting and reporting.

Who you are

Experience, business and technical skills

？ Bachelor degree or above with the major in Finance/Accounting

？ Minimum 3 years of related work experience in finance/Accounting, at least 1 year focus on E-com in house financial operation experience, retail industry preferred.

Soft skills:

？ Strong communication skills, coordination ability and basic English Skills

？ Strong sense of responsibility, detail oriented and high teamwork spirit

？ Good computer skills, especially in MS Office

？ SAP system skills preferred
