Responsibilities:

• Preparing proposals and contracts for review

• Preparing marketing / BD documents, including but not limited to CVs, Project sheets, Announcements, Capability Statement, PPT, for MD’s review

• Translating Presentations, Reports and other documents for review  

• Supporting project teams on the project documents, documents hard copies archiving and e-filings

   

Requirements:

• Can work at least 4 days a week

• University degree holder

• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project

• Basic skills of Adobe Acrobat Pro and in design CS

• Good knowledge of office equipment.

• Ability to multi-task.

• Detail oriented.

• Ability to work independently and on multi-disciplinary teams.

• Excellent communication and writing skills both in Chinese and English are a must.
