Your tasks and responsibilities:

? Manage ES China local Project in time, quality and budget following PM@Siemens

? Setup and manintain quality control system, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO13485 and etc.

? Lead the product and factory regulatory compliance system (CQC,CCC,UL,UV...).

? Total customer experience championship, overall customer/service team interface for quality feedback and customer satisfaction.

? Work with partners to setup product and factory class-issues handling process

? Lead quality engineering related project to continuously improve the quality control at system level;

? Support and perform manufacturing test, troubleshooting and coordinate in debug of SHL ES China local solutions, escalate and drive issue solving with engineering team;

? Engage with engineering development teams to develop comprehensive test assistance program for efficiency improvement and data analysis in the factory.

? Collaborate with distributed factory teams to support technical training, quality control and process enhancement.

Your qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor above degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification may be required in some areas
