1.Maintain Company Key accounts business and enhance relationship as well as achieve Key accounts requirements and optimize logistics solutions    

--Working with the local branches on the Business  &  customer's strategy

--Fully understand client’s requirements, and provide quick/ timely response & logistics solution

--Dig out potential business opportunities from upstream and downstream, to expend business scale and Profit Margin

2.Supporting the team to build up the platform for business development:    

--Coordinating with gateway and local offices on the pricing strategy

--Supporting the local branches to set up the team in charge of / Serving Key accounts, and perform the training to both the overseas/ local offices.    

3.Working closely with the team ( Corp & local level) to develop Business opportunities    

4.Train and support the local branches to set up the SOP, Customer proposal, strategic solution, Performance Review Mechanism specific, sep us KPI to monitor service performance.

Required Working Experience:

1. 6+ year in the logistics / freight industry. Profound knowledge and experience in operation, Customer Service , Account management /  Strategic Sales  ( Air base is preferred )
2. Experience in Semi-con , Hi-tech vertical  ( 2 years above )
3. Capable in setting up strategy , process, optimize logistics solutions
4. Capable in selling complex solutions , and with the ability to conduct and lead the high-level presentation as required
5. Good team-work spirit, Open –minded , strong communication skill, responsible
6. Self-motivated and competitive with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

1. Bachelor Degree (or above)
2. Fluent in English and Mandarin
3. Excellent in Microsoft office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
4. With the basic knowledge on Semi-con vertical requirement, Manufacturing / Supply Chain lifecycle
5. Able to work under pressure and solve problems independently
