Purpose of Role

To build the Baileys in China, including development of Baileys marketing business plan, innovation, creation of relevant local assets, localization of global assets to strengthen Baileys portfolio to have the right to win, especially on EC Top 3-5

Accountabilities

1. Set strategies and annual Marketing Business Plan for Baileys o Lead the thinking to set the strategy for Baileys in China, pulling in inputs cross-functionally as needed o Joint partner with innovation team to source and decide the innovation pipeline to fuel the growth especially on EC

2. Localise and adapt global growth drivers, or develop new local growth drivers as required o Be the Global Brand team contact window o Set the brand positioning and ensure brand tonality delivery o Have accountability for a range of marketing activities, such as a ATL, Media, Partnership and sponsorships o Track competitive activities (e.g. Media spending, competitive brand health, new brands/innovations, new brand communications initiatives) and understand competition at market level, and identify opportunities and challenges for action

3. Lead the digital social/ PR brand building accountabilities and work as partner with EC team to maximize business potential o Lead brand-initiated campaigns for social amplification o Work closely to be in partnership with sales team to fulfill their needs on new product launch

Qualifications and Experience Required

Given the business importance of Baileys, the ideal candidate will bring the following:

· A minimum of 5 years of experience in either marketing or account/planning roles in through-the-line advertising agency, ideally in FMCG, F&B, Cosmetic and Luxury sector.

· Detail orientation of marketing experiences execution and production.

· Experienced at briefing and managing advertising and other resource agencies. Experience of through- the- line activity planning and execution.

· Experienced in the use of quantitative and qualitative market research and its applicability to managing brands. · Experience of using key financial measures of a brand and experience of budget planning and management. · In-depth knowledge of digital social platforms, EC operation and environment

· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multifunctional teams; strong interpersonal and judgment skills will be required to influence both internal and external teams.

· A good team player. Our successful candidate will work well in a team and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Chinese native, with excellent English in both written and spoken

· Love Baileys and food. Passionate on quality lifestyle.

· Good at aesthetic and art sense
