？ Analyze and solve the quality problems in the process, continuous to improve the product quality;

  

？ Design and optimize the process flow and production line layout, and prepare various process flow, operation instructions, control plan and other process documents;

  

？ Be responsible for the lean production improvement of the company, continuously optimize the process, improve the production efficiency and reduce the production and operation cost;

  

？ Site 5S specific planning and implementation; responsible for the company's EHS (environment, safety, health) compliance operation, formulate corresponding technical standards and specifications, and provide necessary training for workers;

  

？ Determine reasonable allocation of personnel, equipment and tools for production line; provide training and technical support for workshop operators;

  

？ Continuously improve the fixture, equipment and instrument in the production workshop, optimize the standard working hours of each process in the production line, and improve the production efficiency;

  

？ Check and supervise the implementation of various process specifications, modify and improve the product assembly process documents according to the technical notice and feedback information;

  

？ Import new products, and cooperate with relevant departments to complete the trial production of new products;

  

？ Assist the production planning specialist to complete a certain amount of production planning and scheduling work;

  

？ Actively complete other work arranged by the dept. manager;

岗位要求Job requirements：

？ Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing, industrial engineering and related fields;

  

？ 3-5 years or above working experience as a manufacturing engineer or process engineer in a foreign-funded enterprise;

  

？ Have relevant knowledge and implementation experience of 5S and EHS, and have experience in lean production continuous improvement project;

  

？ Familiar with SAP or MRP system and MS office software

  

Familiar with AutoCAD or SolidWorks software;

  

？ Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing;

  

？ Have the ability of result oriented and efficient execution;

  

？ Have the ability of cross team cooperation and customer-oriented thinking;

  

？ Good communication and learning ability, strong sense of responsibility;
