Mission :

The major mission of this Project Manager is to lead offer creation projects and offer adaptation projects in Critical and Building applications. The projects are mostly for global scope, with different types of project to manage depending on actual needs, like BCV, PMP (incl. BLMP) and big PEP.

Responsibilities :

> Manage the development of all project activities from the initiation to the closure, covering the scope of all Functions.

> Develop, with the Project Team, the Project Management Plan and keep it up to date during the life of the project.

> Is responsible for defining & managing the project budget, resources and schedule.

> Organize, build, lead, align and motivate the project team and synchronize the project team with the other teams.

> Challenge the functions (including marketing) to take ownership of the project objectives

> Get commitment from Project Stakeholders (Countries, Business Departments and/or BUs) to achieve Time to Market & Profit targets (resources, M ).

> Lead the decision making process at the project level and at the right time.

> Identify the risks, issues and manage the associated corrective action plans.

> Manage the overall project planning, organize arbitration and, in event of deviation, propose and implement corrective actions.

> Provide the project evaluation and project status to management on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

Qualification & skills :

> Rich experience in offer creation project management; experience in 2 or more functions (Marketing or other positions with customer exposure, Design, Quality, Industrialization etc.) would be a plus.

> Competencies in project management, scheduling, finance in projects (ROI, COGS) and marketing; broad view on all discipline process

> Knowledge in Electrical Distribution and its associated business model; knowledge in Low Voltage electrical products would be a plus.

> Able to work with remote team members

> Proactive leadership with international mindset

> Entrepreneurship behavior

> Strong communication skills

> Fluent in English
