THE ROLE

You will be teaching English to adults ranging from small classes of six to workshops of 25 students. Key activities include planning and delivering lessons using EF-developed ESL courseware, evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement. You will also participate in social activities designed to help students use their English in real world situations, such as social nights, movie nights, dinners and other events.

TEACHER SUPPORT AND DEVELOPMENT 

Our world class teacher development program provides the opportunity to enroll in certification courses and training modules, thus enabling a strong grounding necessary for advancing your career in teaching and teaching management. Teachers are also encouraged to participate in company-organized networking and social events, and other community-based activities.

YOU HAVE

? A bachelor's degree

? Fluent written and spoken English

? Interpersonal skills and a service mindset

? Availability to work on evenings and weekends

? Mainland China citizenship

YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE

? National Teaching Certificate/TEFL preferred

? Master's degree in Applied Linguistics, English, TESOL, or relevant field

? English teaching work experience
