职位描述
· 1~3年HRIS实施或运维经验,能够独立解决排除常规故障
1~3 years of HRIS implementation or maintenance experience, able to solve common issue independently
· 熟练掌握MS SQL SERVER数据库操作技能
Familiar with MS SQL SERVER database operation skills
· 熟悉人力资源主要模块的工作流程,尤其是考勤模块
Familiar with the process of HR, especially the attendance module
· 有较强的文字功底,擅长撰写用户操作手册和Q&A
Strong writing skills, good at writing user manuals and Q&A
· 熟悉Kayang系统的优先考虑
Familiar with Kayang HRIS system is preferred.
· 英语水平CET-4以上
English skill is CET-4 or above
包括但不限于以下主要工作职责:
Including but not limit to following responsibility,
· 人力资源信息系统的维护、更新和优化,确保系统的工作效率
Maintenance, update and optimization of HRIS to ensure the efficiency
· 为用户提供日常问题解答与操作指导,协调资源解决系统问题,确保系统正常运行
Provide users with daily issue solving and operation guidance, coordinate resources to solve system issues, and ensure the normal operation of HRIS
· 编制和更新系统操作手册,并向用户提供相关操作培训
Compile and update the system operation manual, and provide users with relevant operation training
· 对于必要的功能进行简单的配置或少量SQL编码
Simple configuration or small amount of SQL coding for necessary functions
· 评估现有HR系统和HR业务需求,及时提供系统升级、扩展和改进建议;
Assess the existing HR system and HR business needs, and provide timely system upgrade, expansion and improvement suggestions;
· 协助推进HR数字化项目,与项目干系人建立良好关系,完成系统配置、测试、用户培训、上线支持工作
Assist in advancing the digital HR project, establish a good relationship with project stakeholders, complete system configuration, testing, user training, and online support
· 维护和更新组织管理模块数据
Maintain and update the data of organization management module of HRIS
· 支持和优化人力资源信息系统的报告体系,确保报告的准确性和及时性
Support and optimize HRIS reporting to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the HR report
