1. 给到校区在教学 、 服务及团队管理方面的支持 , 协助校区提升客户满意度 ,从而助力校区达成年度相关业绩指标

2.带领团队通过持续的提升服务质量，从而 提升团队老生续费率和退费率 

3.严格执行公司的 ECM及服务标准，提升客户的满意度及NPS得分 ，从而降低客户的退费率，实现客户从 B/C级别到 A级

别的转换

4.确保部门内多元文化氛围建设及对其他部门业务合作需求的了解；确保高效的部门内部沟通及良好的员工关系维护

5.根据公司发展需要和管理层决定有效实施教务和服务模块的相应改变

6.确保部门下属和家长的沟通达到公司规定的标准

7.定期与家长的沟通确保他们的问题得到快速解决

8.定期参加及主持跨部门管理会议，支持其他部门及时解决校区的各类问题

9.每月定期向区域校长，区域教务长和产品经理分享校区工作绩效

10.向区域教务长寻求支持解决校区教学类相关问题

11.积极建立区域内与其他教务服务经理的沟通渠道

12熟悉劳动合同，员工手册和OMNI系统及公司相关规章制度.
