长沙招聘

1.负责教学相关的工作，根据公司教学标准高质量的完成教学任务

2.教学计划及教学设备的调试和准备，有序管理和使用校区教学设备和资源

3.负责管理记录学生学习进度报告，及时完成作业批改和组织考试

4.定期与外教更新交流学生学习状况

5.熟练操作Efekta教学管理系统

6.当出现紧急状况或其他老师不能及时到岗时，协助当班老师代课完成教学任务

7.配合校区运营管理团队确保校区正常运营

8.负责相关行政工作包括但不限于整理教学材料，组织教学活动等

能力要求：

1.大学本科及以上学历

2.教师资格证

3.出色的英文听说能力

4.ESL相关证书（优先考虑）

5.3 到18 岁学生英孚教学经验（优先考虑）

6.出色的沟通与交流能力

7.服务导向性强，目标导向性强，抗压性强

8.热爱儿童英语教育行业，有爱心和安全意识，喜欢小孩
