岗位职责:

1、Support the developing and monitoring an annual HR budget
2、Support the development and execution of the roll-out and administration of programs and processes in the branches to align the contributions of the workforce with the strategic goals of the company
3、Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
4、Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances

6、Provide HR policy guidance
7、Identify training needs for teams and individuals
8、Be a champion of change to successfully link change to the strategic needs of the organization, and minimize employee dissatisfaction and resistance to change
9、Ensure NGSM Asia has the leadership and their successors to deliver its strategic plan;

任职资格:

1、Min 3 years of HR and Admin experiences in MNC
2、Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
3、Experience of managing Employee Relationship in China and preferably Singapore
4、Fluent English Writing and Speaking skills
5、Leadership presence and confidence to communicate and guide the China office
