Responsibilities:

-      CRM

·         Manage and implement CRM Program

·         Direct-to-Customer Communication and other CRM related strategies and projects in order to build and strengthen customer loyalty

·         Monitor customer feedback and complaints through working with social media agency and internal retail and legal team.

·         Build strategic customer relationship with partners, mall landlords, and 3rd parties, in order to nourish the prospect / customer recruiting.

·         Design, plan and execute the client events to animate the customer database to enhance the loyalty and experience.

-      Social Media

·         Develop and execute traditional and digital media buy strategy, planning, price bargaining. Monitor advertisement result.

·         Develop social communications strategy, execute content, social, brand site, campaigns, align with digital and E-com to ensure consistent brand’s on-line experience through working with agency.

·         Develop and execute seasonal product campaign initiatives to support whole-sale clients on new store opening, sales promotion, store campaign, road show and trade show, to meet and boost business demand.

Requirements:

   

·         Bachelor holder;

·         Major in Business or Marketing is preferred;

·         China experience with CRM and social media;

·         Strong capability on project management & timeline control

·         Fluent in English and Chinese
