GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: 

Facilities and Project management and execution of all equipment building related projects in Asia

  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:      

  

• Manage equipment projects in terms of cost, time, quality, and manpower.

• Supervise assembly factory team as well purchasing, clerical and engineering support team.

• Create a network of sub-suppliers to support these projects.

• Work with local MEIS technical support experts as well as product line managers to deliver equipment to our customers. 

• Support regional equipment project manager to install, start up, test and maintain the equipment on customer side.

• Supervise internal team of approximately 10 people. Work with external team members / sub suppliers. Internally Manage Envio Solutions Equipment interactions with the MEIS team including dotted line management of assigned support team.
  

  

JOB REQUIREMENTS：

  

• Bachelor’s degree or above of Mechanical, Chemistry or related major.

• 6-10 years working experience in chemical/machinery manufacturing/water treatment or related area. At least 2 years management experience.

• Be able to lead the team to fix the problem during equipment manufacturing and customer on-site application. Having the ability to find the root causes to the problem and the good problem-solving methodology.

• Owning the quality system knowledge. ISO9001, IATF 16949, VDA6.3 certification is preferred.

• For EHS, ISO45001/OHSAS 18001 certification is preferred.

• Understanding of CE certification along with local and regional building codes.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.

• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
