职位描述
我们是一家新进中国的英国美容仪器垂直网站，在国内电商平台开设旗舰店进行销售；
这会是一个在快速成长的品类中，通过产品策略和内容营销去拓展市场的工作机会；
希望每一个团队的成员都肯钻研肯协作，以致能懂产品懂顾客。
工作内容：
1、负责公司线上天猫、京东、微店等直营店铺平台的产品编辑整理、上传发布、上架下架等日常更新与维护；
2、查询、导出和整理后台订单，与库房人员对接，进行订单货品的发货安排、发货通知短信的发出及售后咨询和问题解决；
3、每日、周、月监控平台兑换品种和数量、物流配送和客户反馈等相关数据的统计分析，与公司相关部门和平台运营商的日常对账及结算。
4、定期进行客服和运营数据整理，总结归纳客户常见问题，进行客户需求分析，配合线上运营经理进行销售管理和营销方案的制定和实施。
5、平台日常运营所需其它执行及配合工作。
任职要求：
1、 1年工作经验，有过电商或者零售销售助理，库存管理岗位经验；
2、 熟练运用Excel处理数据，有天猫系统或者其他ERP/SAP系统操作经验；
3、 思维敏捷反应快，做事有条理、有效率，有一定的抗压能力；
4、 英语良好者优先；
5、 工作积极主动，仔细认真。
