职位描述

Responsibility:

SALES MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  1. Manage the designated accounts in assigned products and area.
  2. Establish, maintain and develop business, relationships with customers and potential customers in the assigned territory to achieve sales target.
  3. Responsible for new programs designs, obtain second source approvals and close follow-up on new business opportunities.
  4. Provide reports on the customer needs, problems, interests, market situation, competitive activities and potential for new products/services.
  5. Development of dedicated market base on the strategy of the department and company.
  6. Undertake a range of business development to drive new industry with forecasting the potential market volume and find target clients.
  7. Find new application area with target markets and target customers to expand potential sales and market share.
  8. Work with multi-disciplinary team to develop ideal solutions as per the business need of the prospect or market.

 

DISTRIBUTOR MANAGEMENT

  1. Work with distributors to develop marketing plans and sales promotions and provide technical assistance to ensure distributors’ sales volume achieve target.
  2. Monitor distributors’ sales activity, resolve the conflict of distributors and key accounts in order to leverage distributor to achieve sales budget.

   

RISK MANAGEMENT

  1. Coordinate with factory and logistic department to ensure on time delivery.
  2. Be involved in inventory analysis with logistic department, conduct sales projections and fine tune stocks to minimize the inventory cost.
  3. Monitor AR status and recover payment in time to minimize AR amount.

 


Requirement:

  1. Bachelor degree or above. Major in Science & Engineering.
  2. Fluent English both in speaking and writing.
  3. Experience of Sales / FAE for electronic components is preferred.
  4. Experience in design-in activities, new market development and distributor management is preferred.
  5. Industry knowledge and sense of end products market & new technologies besides electric components is preferred.
  6. Aggressive, independent, and hard working. Mature, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, innovative, service-oriented & well-organized.
  7. Strong communication skill, interpersonal skill & project management skill.
  8. Strong presentation skill.
  9. Systematic thinking & strong problem solving skill.
  10. Quick learning ability to adapt for the company’s request for new market.
