使命/职位——职位的目标和目的 Mission/ Position Summary – Purpose and Objectives of the Role

The position will be responsible for designing, managing and analysis of various researches in Greater China region. With focus on delivering actionable insights to support the region key growth strategy in the areas of category insights generation, brand communication qualification, go-to-market, in-store/ECP communication and in-market tracking. The person in this role will interact with diff. business units’ head under GC region, as well as the related marketing team, commercial team, strategy team, research agencies, and the global/AMERA research/marketing teams in order to align and recommend the right research model and analysis that will deliver the business objective in GC region. 此职位将负责为大中华地区设计、管理和分析各项研究报告,并将焦点集中在交付切实可行的市场洞察力,从而就市场/消费者理解、品类洞察、品牌传播评估、市场营销、店铺/ECP沟通和市场追踪等方面对关键的地区增长型策略提供研究支持。同时,这个职位也将与各个业务单元密切配合,包括相关的市场团队,商务团队、策略团队、研究代理机构和全球/AMERA研究/市场团队,从而为其推荐匹配合适的分析报告,帮助他们更快地实现大中华区的业务目标。

Lead and coordinate various researches in the GC region working with the global/AMERA marketing team, business unit/country representatives and research agencies. 与全球/AMERA市场团队、业务部门/地区代表和研究代理机构合作,促进和协调大中华区各项研究工作的开展。 ·

Initiate local research proposal and analyze the key findings to guide category development. 发起本土调研并开展分析,以引导品类发展。 ·

Analyze and integrate research results into actionable insights to deliver business objectives and support growth strategy. 分析和整合研究结果,并将其转换为切实可行的市场洞察,从而对关键的地区增长型策略提供研究支持。 · Synthesize, integrate and analyze data holistically and draw insights from primary and secondary data sources. 对数据整体性地进行合成、整合和分析,从主要和次要数据源中得出市场洞察。 ·
