PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To provide support to Project Purchasing Leader for the daily purchasing work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Explain the permanent objectives to be achieved by the position

Support Project Purchasing Leaders in assigned section by:

Preparing purchasing documents:

- RFQ preparation (Symphony extract)

- NDA agreement

- Tooling contracts

- Purchase Orders

Contributing to BOM cost evaluation

- processing RFQ with suppliers (using Sourcing Parts tools)

- analyzing quotations

Managing procurement process:

- Sample request to suppliers

- Handle RFQ, PO release, goods receipt, payment.

- Track procurement to ensure on time delivery and communicate to team.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: such as work base, frequency of traveling, etc.

Working place is in Xi’an office, no travel is required.

Internal:

Work closely with design team, Industrial team (tooling, process, test and quality), logistic team to support new product development project.

External:

Work closely with external partners (suppliers or subcontractors of relevant commodities).

REQUIREMENT SKILLS & ABILITIES

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

University or College degree – engineering discipline.

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

2 years min. with similar working experience for purchasing activities.

OTHER REQUIREMENT: such as age, sex, language, computer skills, etc.

Gender: Female/Male Age: 25~35

Language: Good on oral & written English, College CET 4 is preferred.

Computer: Skillful (Windows, Office, drawing viewers)
