职位描述

MISSION

Drive Telemetry & Remote SCADA Solutions (TRSS) Business in the country, lead the business development strategy in the specified geographical scope including managing the launch process, driving sales growth and profitability in collaboration with the country, capturing and representing country and customer voice within the Telemetry domain.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategy Planning & Execution

·In direct collaboration with the country Industry leadership, devise a clear strategy for growth based on the Telemetry roadmap and growth targets. The strategy covers market segmentation, growth trends, positioning, target customers, marketing messages, value proposition, promotion plan, forecast, L2/L3 solutions, competitive analysis, resource deployment, training and support.

·Develop and implement an execution plan encompassing detailed actions items to be carried out by the country supported by the Telemetry marketing team.

·Communicate clearly and consistently to TRSS business leadership in regard to pricing strategy, business development goals and current market conditions.

·Act as the country single point of contact for all Telemetry Platform's marketing and business initiatives.

2. Country Launch

·Lead the launch process of the Telemetry offer in assigned countries.

·Consolidate and validate country forecast and determine launch stock.

·Contribute to the development of the country launch plan.

·Monitor progress and take corrective actions to ensure timely and successful launch.

3. Sales Management

·Formulate and implement tactical business plans and sales budgets with the country team to drive sales growth.

·In partnership with the country, review and assess sales and growth opportunities and identify actions to secure wins.

·Coordinate the integration of the Telemetry channels in the assigned country and develop new ones.

·Assist the country on developing a high level of technical and commercial competency on relevant Telemetry products.

·Provide input and participation into selected tradeshows and industry events.

4. Solutions Management

·Assist the country in identifying complementary products and services in their overall offering that can be sold / executed together as solutions

5. Product Marketing

·Develop and consolidate business cases on product enhancements/new features/offer gaps necessary to boost business.

·Provide input to the Telemetry Platform technology roadmap.

·Contribute to the development and deployment of new marketing collaterals for the assigned countries.

·Identify and capture new application content, success stories and best practices to share with other teams.

6. Vertical Segments

·Liaison with the global WWW/OG/EE segment team to ensure that the Telemetry offer is an integral part of the solutions.

·Contribute to the development and execution of a global WWW/OG/EE segment strategy within the Telemetry domain in collaboration with the road map director and marketing.

·Assist the Telemetry commercial leaders in EMEA and in market development activities related to each of the verticals

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

·Well orchestrated launch / mindshare and confidence of sales team in specified countries with growing metrics around number of inquiries, opportunity funnel and sales revenue

·Launch new offers in specified territory on time and on budget

·Measurable growth in sales revenues of new offers within 6, 12, 18 months

·Measurable growth in opportunity funnel

·Measurable self-sustainability of sales team in specified territory based on sales growth at 24, 36 months after launch

·Measurable growth in solutions sales which include the Telemetry offer

·Resultant sales/marketing collateral for specified territory

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

·A degree in an appropriate engineering / computing sciences discipline

·Further experience and migration towards business and commercial acumen through formal business training or an MBA is an asset.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

·At least 5 years of increasing experience in the industrial automation business. Should have at least 3 years of experience in Telemetry or Remote Monitoring applications.

·Leading competitors include ABB, Siemens, CSE, Emerson.

·Strong technical background with telemetry or process control software as applied in markets such as Oil and Gas, Water/Wastewater and Power.

·Demonstrated commercial and business acumen, particularly direct experience in managing a sales budget.

·Extensive experience partnering with customers, Representatives, OEM's and systems integrators at all levels, to drive business results.

·Proven ability to work independently to deliver results in a fast-paced customer driven environment.

·Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
