Mission of the job
The Project Manager is accountable for ensuring that the project meets its goals for customer satisfaction & quality, time to market, development expenses and product costs.
Responsibility
1. Manage the development of all project activities from the initiation to the closure, covering the scope of all Functions
2. Develop, with the Project Team, the Project Management Plan and keep it up to date during the life of the project.
3. Is responsible for defining & managing the project budget, resources and schedule
4. Organize, lead and motivate the project team and synchronize his team with the other teams,
5. Understand solution requirements, implement it and validate it with solution team
6. Challenge the functions to take ownership of the project objectives
7. Get commitment from Countries and Offer & Solutions Organizations to Time to Profit targets (resources, M?, )
8. Lead the decision making process at the project level and at the right time
9. Identify the risks, issues, and manage the associated corrective action plans
10. Manage the overall project planning, organize arbitration and, in event of deviation, propose and implement corrective actions
11. Provide the project evaluation and project status to management on a regular basis
Requirements:
1, Project Management, Scheduling, Finance in projects (ROI, COGS), marketing knowledge is preferable.
2, Personal characteristics: Commit to achieve results / Commit on accountability for execution / Commit to be the team leader
3, Experience in minimum 2 functions (marketing or other positions with customer exposure, Design, Quality, Industrialization etc….)
