Position Summary:

Responsible for Schneider Electric plant-wide automation solutions business support and development to gain EU automation product market share in a profitable way, working with sales team to achieve sales/profit target.

Responsibilities:

1. Mainly responsible for the daily business support and development to EU sales team for assigned territory/segment.

2. Work closely with sales team to provide HEC(high-End control) product support for responsible region’s key account/project to fulfill HEC sales target

3. Working closely with sales/customer department to review and develop channel partners and boost their proactive business for automation products.

4. Work closely with segment sales team to push& drive the whole plant automation solutions business growth in focused segments.

5. Responsible for new segment business development especially for automotive and consumer electronics, get breakthrough success and replicate/spread the success to the whole sales team.

6. Provide HEC logistic and quality issues tracking and support for sales.

7. Support for PEC/EE and installed base team to grow our automation solutions and services business.

8. Monitoring market share evolution and technology trend in his responsible region/segments.

9. Provide related customer visit and BD report in time.

Requirements:

1. BS degree in automation, master is preferred.

2. A minimum of 5 years of related sales/marketing experience.

3. Knowledge of automation systems (PLC/DCS, HMI, Ethernet, SCADA, field bus…).

4. Knowledge of related products/lines, competitors, technologies and applications.

5. A thorough understanding of marketing principles, theories and concepts.

6. Good communication and presentation skills.

7. Good mandarin and English.

8. Solid experience from Rockwell/Siemens or major DCS player liker Emerson/ABB/Honeywell/Invensys etc is a plus
