• Lead and manager China BG’s programs, including Seeds, NPIs, Research and Sustaining projects
• Analyze key priorities, identify gaps, create plans to close them
• Drive regular reviews with leadership and operational teams to track program goals
• Develop new plans and roadmaps in collaboration with leadership
• Help coordinate and align cross functional teams
• Help to track and manage internal and external partnerships
• Think strategically on tactical, day-to-day planning and execution
• Drive improved optimization of team communication, implement mechanisms as needed
• Ensure critical path timelines are met and resource needs are understood
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal business partners

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

• Have experience with portfolio management tools.
• A strong communicator who can articulate and present information clearly and confidently.
• Have an analytical mindset, and an outgoing nature to work with stakeholders and to be a great meeting facilitator
• Have worked in delivering New Consumer Electronics and Enterprise grade products to the market including working with hardware, software design teams, managing build plans in collaboration with contract manufacturing for electrical and mechanical designs
• Practitioner experience in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, MS Office suite, Google Suite, JIRA, Agile, Oracle, Jama and Miro board)
• Good teamwork player and strong self-motivation in high pressure working environment
• Good English communication skills in both verbal and written

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

• Understand key technologies included in Audio and Video products is a plus

Education:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Project management, Electronic Engineering, Computer science or related major
