Main Accountabilities

Handle ocean booking and liason with suppliers & CEVA local branches to make sure the shipment to be shipped on time according to delivery schedules

Provide forecast to nominated forwarder per month for securing space & equipment

To assist in building up buyer consolidation box (LCL Vs CFS) and balance between container utilisation & cost saving

Make sure data input correctly in Oracle Transport Management (OTM) within agreed timeline

Helping any new supplier onboard to follow requirements in shipping

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Collect Plan for Every Parts (PFEP) for packaging analysis to minimize the shipping cost

Data maintenance

Escalation to superior if any issues

Working in customer's location

Requirements

Rick experience in handling ocean booking in freight forwarding companies

• Experience in buidling up consolidation box

• Experience in data entry & data analysis

• Excellent communications skills

• With knowledge & be sensable in ocean pricing

• Solid understanding of the principles of supply chain management

• Well-structured, change oriented and results focused

• Internationally orientated

• University Degree or equivalent

• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in transport and operations related roles in a logistics environment

• Be able to communicate in English via email is a must
