POSITION SUMMARY

Purpose

The position is to ensure field finance work for assigned legal entities, including statutory fulfill statutory requirement, local tax filing, and foreign currency payment, etc..

Nature and Scope

This position will report directly to the China Sub-regional Field manager located Tianjin, China

The candidate is expected independently complete statutory requirement, including annual licenses renewal procedure, monthly review local GAAP by working with ATS team and follow-up outstanding issues, file statistics report, complete taxes filing per tax administration rule, support tax activities as required, support government/tax audit as required, complete assigned SOX requirement; handle local payment and foreign payment per foreign currency regulation and company control procedure; handle GBSS related activities including documents processing, T&E administration assistance, etc.

Current assigned work-scope and legal entities includes APSX, APPC, APSH 3 entities , it may be adjusted per business requirement during the year & will communicate with candidates upon changes required.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Complete Tax compliance requirement and activities required (mainly includes but not limits to)
? Fulfill taxes filing requirement, including VAT, Business tax, corporate income tax, withholding tax, stamp duty, property tax, sur-taxes, follow-up outstanding issues to avoid tax lose
? Arrange for tax payment per company control procedure
? Participate tax activities/event as required, which not limited to tax meeting, tax audit, tax inquiry, asset write off approval procedure per tax administration rule., etc.,
? Perform application and approval procedure for financial subsidy, taxes return
? Perform tax accounting work as required, including code VAT invoice, taxes Account reconciliation, assist in EIT accounting, VAT insurance, etc.,

2. Complete the statuary requirement, including statistic report, accounting/legal documents processing and filing
? Review local GAAP reports for assigned entities, follow-up issues
? Complete statistic reports required by government
? Complete tax registration for new setup entity
? Assist/follow up for capital verification report per SAFE requirement
? Assist in entity liquidation process
? Guide and ensure entity accounting vouch and documents be filed properly
? Complete annual license renewal
? Assist in audit from financial/statistic bureau

3. Handle foreign currency and manual payment by following SAFE and company control policy

4. Assist GBSS related activities, including T&M administration assistance, assist OTC purchase government invoice, assist check/LC process

5. Assist in treasury related activities, including update SAFE certificate, setup local bank account, borrowing card update, etc.,

6. Other activities, including pretty cash governance and account administration, provide guidance and coordination for business and function team, etc.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

1. Graduated from university major in accounting or economics
2. 5+ years of tax or accounting experience in multinational company is required
3. Strong skills in communication and problem solving, be able to complete tasks assigned independently and actively
4. Work hard and be responsible
5. Good command computer skills; prior working experience of SAP is preferred
6. Acceptable English communication
