要 求:
Education/Training:
Relevant tertiary qualification, preferably a four-year college degree
Knowledge:
Computer literacy – Microsoft office (minimum intermediate level on all software packages)
Lotus Notes
Knowledge of Internet and search engines
Familiar with electronic artwork formats e.g. pdf, jpeg etc…
Pleasant and efficient phone management skills
Reasonably good command of English
Effective communicator in local language (both verbal and written form)
Effect planning and time management skills
Experience/Skills and Abilities:
Good academic record
Previous working experience in Sales or management of K/A in an industrial market would be an advantage but not required.
Knowledge / experience of Local cultures and languages would be a distinct advantage
Knowledge / experience in distributing of different industries and factories

Position Summary:
Primarily responsible for promoting and selling company’s products and services in order to achieve an assigned quota within a specified territory. Therefore, a good knowledge of the products, its applications and customers is necessary.
Main Responsibilities and Authorities:
Sales:
Implement and effectively utilize the strategic selling process which includes:
a. Collecting extensive key customers information
b. Potential customer list establishment and classification
c. Effective Product training and glove recommendation to target accounts
d. Initiates & conducts end-users audits to achieved products objectives
e. Act as a Product consultant to customers / Distributors
f. Coordinate the daily issues from Key accounts / distributors / dealers
Attain sales target assigned by company for the financial year. To achieve this,
a. Regular coverage of territories assigned as directed
b. A key account management system must be implemented
c. Planning of daily, weekly and monthly sales activities
d. Assist in sales demand forecasting by each distributors
Gathering and reporting of market intelligence done by competitions
Assist in launching the annual Sales Plan in relation to sales programs and other support activities to distributors.
Co-ordinate Trade Show/Expo activities including arranging display stands, promotional themes/strategies, support material, lead generation activities, etc.
Ensure all business activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards
Maintain regular customer contact and analyse basic competitor activities.
Reporting of customer complaints information
Provide assistance to TSM as necessary
