职位描述

Location: Shanghai

In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Ensure entrusted manufacturer in compliance with applicable regulations and standards,such as ISO13485, GMP and MAH, EUMDR, etc.

  • Ensure the supplier to be qualified properly.

  • Ensure the supplier and product performance to achieve the target and keep driving improvement.

You are responsible for

  • Support the MD production line transferring successfully

  • Independently sets product quality requirements to suppliers independently with minimal supervision and in partnership with cross-functional team members; this includes translation and flow down of Critical to Quality features from design to manufacturing.

  • Independently contributes to supplier qualification activities, independently accountable for documenting supplier technical capabilities as part of supplier selection processes, and ensuring supplier quality capability; accountable for purchased product quality through the life cycle

  • Accountable and responsible for establishing requirements for Material Acceptance where applicable, with minimal supervision or instruction, including documenting Receiving Inspection Plans where applicable.

  • Accountable for and Conducts supplier monitoring, including Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs), conducting SCAR review board meeting.

  • Accountable for executing and documenting supplier quality reviews, and supplier performance management

  • Deploys and follows-up on the Supplier Quality Related KPI’s towards the supplier and SQE’s

  • Accountable for conducting supplier process improvement (SPI) and related supplier quality development

  • Accountable and responsible for managing supplier changes impacting product quality

  • Participate in QMS procedure deployment, continuous improvement & training; own assigned Purchasing Controls CAPA and defend Philips in agency inspections of Purchasing Controls

    You are a part of

  • A professional supplier quality and commercial site quality team.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Higher level of technical Education: Bachelor degree or above.

  • Be familiar with ISO13485, China MD GMP and GSP requirements.

  • Experience in Product/process development and quality improvement; cross-industry experience (e.g., automotive, aerospace) a plus

  • Experience: More than 8 years of experience in quality management field, more than 5 years of experience in Medical device quality management

  • Expertise/experience in problem solving with quality tools such as: 8-D / CAPA / 5WHY etc.

  • Good knowledge of production/quality development and control methods (CtQ definition,

    SPC, APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, etc)

  • Good quality engineering related tools knowledge and implementation skills.

  • Good skills of project management.

  • Experienced in industry standard, New Product Introduction and other sustaining product development processes

  • Auditing skillsets, up to and including certified SQ lead auditor training; with advanced manufacturing

  • Good team work spirit and communication skills.

  • Good English skill.
