职位描述

What you will do:

-Design and Development of native User Interface for JCH IoT product platforms both physical and digital in gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components.

-Adhere to User Interface style guides (fonts, icons, colors, images) and support the management of design asset libraries

-Application and streamlining of User Interface graphical elements in accordance to human factors and user relevance with consistency across business platforms.

-Regular interactions with software engineering, software sprint managers to evaluate user requirements and problem solving

-Designing of both high and low fidelity interactive UI mockups and prototypes inclusive of user interface elements based on information architecture until final sprint and product launches.

-Strong contributor to Interaction Design process improvement in driving design excellence.

-Create original graphic designs (i.e. images, sketches and tables)

-Identify and troubleshoot UX problems for appropriate usability

-Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

What we look for:

Educational Background

-Post Graduate or Graduate studies on human computer interaction, Industrial Design, User Experience/Service Design or related field from either abroad or domestic accredited intuition. (985 or 211 Universities applicable to candidates in China only)

Work Experience

-Only candidates with portfolio of design projects may apply

-Prove work experience with at least 2 years of professional interaction design and usability evaluation/research experience with multi-disciplinary design teams

-Experience with physical products UX design and development is a plus.

-Ability to solve complex problems and drive projects from concept through implementation.

-Impeccable design sensitivity and aesthetic

-Highly adaptable with strong organizational skills. Comfortable in a fast-paced & collaborative environment

Knowledge/Skill level

-Ability to develop interactive prototypes and documentation to aid evaluation and development of designs.

-Strong Communication skills: written, verbal and visual

-Excellent working knowledge of design: UCD methodology and practice.

-Design software: Adobe XD, PS, Illustrator, Balsamiq, Axure

-Experience with HTML and CSS

-Rapid Prototyping experience for mobile and web strongly desired.

Language Level

-Fluency in English & Chinese written and spoken language; Japanese is a plus.

Others

-Self-motivated with a passion for design

-Entrepreneurial spirit: experience with software start-up will be a big plus.
