You will be responsible for achieving overall business objectives of Technical Department within Biopharmaceutical Services Group. You will direct, develop and manage the technical team in line with the company's mid to long-term strategy; carry out innovation, research, development and application of new technologies, including but not limited to technical upgrade of product lines, quality system maintenance and improvement, new business and market expansion by collaborating with Marketing Department, team efficiency improvement, resource optimization and integration, etc. You'll be expected to enhance APTBIO's influence and authority throughout the biopharma industry.

Job Responsibilities

1、 As the head of the BU's technical department, assume the responsibility of formulating and landing of the department's business strategy with the aim of achieving substantial annual growth in technical and business capabilities.

2、 Manage the daily operation of the technical department, be responsible for the annual budget of the department and reasonably manage the resources of the department with the aim of achieving business goals.

3、 Master the market intelligence and industrial dynamics, continuously analyze the competition and market trends, develop the overall technical ability, leading research results to be innovative and forward-looking through technical cooperation with internal/external resources, facilitate the establishment of effective cooperation with advanced biotech enterprises, research institutes and hospitals.

4、 Establish contact and maintain daily relationship with domestic and overseas key customers; participate in/lead the customer-facing presentation, and facilitate the establishment of business relationship with key accounts.

5、 Continuously optimize the technical organization and develop the team ability based on business needs; guide the company's quality system work, and ensure that the Department operations are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the quality system.

6、 Responsible for the employee performance evaluation, training, talent acquisition/retention and team development.

7、 Collaborate with marketing team, sales team, project management team and other functions of the business unit, as well as R&D center and various supporting departments to carry out the work.

Qualifications

1、 Doctor degree in biochemistry, pharmacy or other related majors.

2、 10+ years of experience in macromolecular biopharmaceutical analysis, 5 years of team management experience. Proficient in biopharmaceutical CMC analysis, bioanalysis or biopharmaceutical GMP management, etc., with strong project management ability.

3、 Demonstrated strong leadership skills with execution and innovation ability, cross-functional team spirit, willing to grow together with the company.

4、 Insightful and forward-looking on industrial trends and hot technologies, and be able to catch the right direction and respond quickly.
