Key duties and responsibilities ？ Responsible for compliance risks identification, assessment, control and monitoring ？ Responsible for internal guidelines and processes establishment and maintenance ？ Responsible for internal control duties ？ Responsible for monitoring the fulfilment of the internal and external reports ？ Responsible for making confirmation of receipt of CBIRC/IAC notices/meeting participation ？ Responsible for maintaining a sound compliance culture and environment ？ Responsible for compliance related researching, training, filing, reporting, translation ？ Responsible for the interpretation and implementation of compliance. ？ Responsible for the daily management of compliance risk control ？ communicating with regulators, industries ？ Assisting in the daily management of money laundering and terrorism risk control. ？ Other compliance related duties and works required by line manager Required experience & competencies ？ Full-time undergraduate degree or above in law, insurance, finance and other related fields. ？ 2 - 3 years working experience in compliance, legal, auditing, risk management or internal control experience is preferred ？ Fluency in both spoken and written English ？ Strong knowledge and understanding of local regulatory requirement ？ Good understanding of insurance operation and its related systems, processes and controls ？ Responsible, task oriented, good team player and collaborative ？ Strong communication and able to work under pressure
