§ Management assistant responsible for all kinds of administrative and organizational tasks. § Produce reports and briefs, focusing on business related data analysis, provide all necessary documentation, information for management decision § Produce presentations for marketing or meeting using § Conduct research on request (e.g. market research) § Handle communications and correspondence on behalf of CEO § Secretarial work, including answering phone calls, dealing with emails, maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments, arrange travels for CEO, § Join sales visits and management meeting with CEO. Take dictation and minutes and monitor the follow ups § Administrative and organizational support to CEO, act as the contact window between CEO and internal team / headquarters / external customers § Coordination of events § Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system § Other jobs assigned by direct superior EDUCATION & FURTHER DEVELOPMENT / TRAINING § Bachelor’s degree or above, § Fresh graduated or less than 3 years working experience § Finance knowhow would be a plus TECHNICAL- & METHODS COMPETENCIES § Excellent command of MS Office software, especially EXCEL, PPT § Excellent oral and written English skill § Excellent in data analysis § Strong administrative, organizational and problem solving skills § Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload § Good time management skill § Very good communication skills § Discretion and confidentiality PERSONAL- & SOCIAL COMPETENCIES § Result driven § Team player § High sense of responsibility Flexible on working hour and travels
