职位描述
customer satisfaction feedback, key account customer service support and high customer satisfaction in East China.
New arrival inspection, DOI device &DOA parts checking and repairing works, spare parts inventory management support.
Device new installation, troubleshooting onsite, training and phone fix the problem.
Willing to travelling frequently in East of China include Shanghai, Zhejiang, Fujian, Anhui, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Hubei and Hunan.
Call center online support in workday and after work time.
Meet the China service KPI and productivity target, finish the other work follow the service leader’s advises.
Good English ability and SQL service skill.
Support APAC service issue & be willing to travel overseas.
Provide general technical direction and assistance to the customer in the operation, maintenance, repair, logistics support, field modify implement and installation equipment.
Provide technical assistance to customer(s) through on-site guidance and training in proper operation, maintenance and trouble-shooting of program and ground support equipment, including the use and proper interpretation of data and technical instructions.
Understand the process of operation such as installation, spare parts management, issues resolution, and service operation measurement, etc.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
