职责
Possess a good working knowledge of the manufacture of CFG Chilled and RTE food products.
Be familiar with the microbiological and hygiene standards required to maintain the food safety and quality of Chilled and RTE foods in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
Help develop effective site environmental hygiene programmes together with the site QA Manager and the hygiene chemical providers. Ensure effective monitoring systems are in place to maintain standards
Be familiar with the food safety and quality standards for Yum, Starbucks. McDonalds, Costa and other CFG customers. Provide a HO point of contact for all customer Operational Technical queries.
Work closely with the site management teams in resolving all customer non-conformance issues by providing effective and timely corrective action plans that meet customer expectations.

要求：
Degree level in Food Science or a related scientific discipline
Good Food Microbiology, Food Hygiene and Quality Systems knowledge

Experience of working within a multi-site chilled foods business in China
Experience of working with the major Food Service customers in China
Good literacy and numeracy skills
Good man-management and interpersonal skills
Good communication skills
Basic written and spoken English
