职位描述
JOB PURPOSE:
？ Be part of analytical execution center to BUs (Business Unit) to improve sales force productivity, optimize resource allocation and drive sutatainble growth
？ Manage BU sales operation related works in scope, deliver the works with quality & meet the timeline
？ Coordinate between BU and CE teams to ensure a smooth and efficient process complying to company standard
？ Implement analyticals and SFE standards in area of field force productivity & resource allocation
？ Support sales and marketing teams on data collection, analysis design, execution and support
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Sales Operation Managmeent
· Support following SFE tasks from process & data analysis perspective including
o Target hospital management
o Target customer management
o Sales Forecast
o Teritory alignment
o Target setting
· Provide consistent methodologies, templates, tools and analytical support to BU in the sales operation cycles, and drive efficieincy, productivity and discipline
· Communicate with sales team, and CE counter part to handle the smooth running of SFE related process
Analysis and Insight Generation
· Perform analysis and data processing with given tasks, able to understand the business model and generate insights from data
· Provide both routine and ad-hoc analysis for BU and management
Daily Operation and Data management
· Support SFE project (such as customer segmentation, field force sizing, territory optimization and new product)
· Manage BU daily operation support, including
o Monthly sales forecast (TM)
o Sales appeal coordinations
· Provice data support to BUs per request from sales and marketing team
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
l Minimum bachelor degree
l Advanced degree (such as Master, PhD, or MBA) is preferred
Experience & knowledge:
l At least 3 years experience in SFE field, most preferably in MNC pharmaceutical companies
l Solid knowledge in SFE tools, processes and analytical frameworks and in-depth understanding in the environment and operation of field team in the China pharmaceutical industry
l Skills of project management and good cross-functional communication
l Interpersonal skill - Demonstrates willingness and capability to cooperate with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, ITS and other relevant departments
l Ability to constantly self-challenge and challenge others in a constructive way.
l Show integrity, tenacity, resilience and adaptability in complex situations and an often changing environment; is able to handle pressure and commit to and respect deadlines
l Good command of written English, communication verbal English
