岗位职责:
Responsibilities:
* Produce advertising assets and materials based on our brand guidelines and user acquisition strategy, include but not limit to graphic, short videos, illustration.
* Balance between design and data, branding and performance, and optimize towards higher performance based on your understanding of product, audience, channel, and communication.
* Brainstorm with performance marketer, brand marketers and ops to bring content plans that meet business goals and ensure designs implemented align with company’s initiatives.
* Research and implement best practices for various digital channels like Google (UAC & Youtube), Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, ect., while maintaining the brand visual aesthetic.
* Mentor and oversee the work of external agency partners, output design principles and manage our content library to ensure qualified and productive outcome of the whole design team.
任职资格:
Basic Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of digital advertising design experience at design studio, agency, or in-house design department, focusing overseas markets. Solid portfolio showcasing creative design solutions.
* High level skills in both graphic design and video creation. Master of Adobe Creative Suite, especially PS, AI, Pr, and AE.
* Understanding of design decisions based on algorithm of online advertising and performance metrics like CTR and CVR.
* Highly productive with the ability to manage multiply projects at once and meeting tight deadlines.
* A strong passion about advertising and visual communication.
* Ability to use both Mandarin and English as working language. Clear and effective written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in living or working outside China. Speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently and idiomatically.
* Understanding of current cultural trends in design, music, fashion and tech in various countries.
* Problem solver with attention to accuracy and details.
* Ability of illustration.
