Team Assistant Location: Shanghai

Division/Department: SEL SCM Mode of Employment: Full time only

What are my responsibilities?

- Assist department to deal with daily administration and file management

- Office management, including seats, meeting room, plants etc.

-Travel arrangement (hotel booking, etc.) for team members and foreign visitors

- Claiming reimbursement (GEC & TEC)

- Indirect material procurement (incl. creating shopping card, logistic tracking and management)

- Office supply and stock management (incl. stationery application, distribution and inventory management)

- Support on SEL GEN SO CN SCM team on timesheet report on monthly basis

- Support on vendor master maintenance

- IT related support on Network, Nexus, IT e-order, printing etc.

- Support on process of new employee onboard, or employee resign

- Manage the share folder access, and email group

- Other tasks assigned by supervisor or company

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Excellent written and spoken English

- University degree or above, relevant major is preferred

- Around 1-3 years relevant working experience

- Good knowledge of Windows and office software (esp. word, excel, PowerPoint)

- High ability to solve problems and multitasking

What else do I need to know?

- Honest, team spirit, proactive and self-driven

- Good communication skills internally and externally

- Quick learner, dedicated, good performance under pressure

Location：上海市闵行经济技术开发区天宁路298号

Main working location: Minhang TianNing Rd (would be able to work at Dalian Rd. one day a week).

2.每周需要到大连路500号西门子公司工作2天

3.这个岗位是属于外包岗位的，合同是和我们外企德科签订，工作是在西门子公司工作，西门子会把部分岗位外包给我们外企德科，对于工作内容是没有区别的，薪资由外企德科发放，五险一金按国家标准缴纳的。试用期2个月，试用期薪资不打折，五险一金也是正常缴纳。
